  • Semester 1 2008 - 25 February to 30 May
  • Semester 2 2008 - 28 July to 31 October

How do I re-enrol?

When are the re-enrolment deadlines?

  • For semester one, 2008 the re-enrolment closing date is 14 December 2007 (2008 semester one begins 25 February)
  • For semester two, 2008 the re-enrolment closing date is two weeks before semester starts (2008 semester two begins 28 July)

Is re-enrolment compulsory for every semester?

Can I take longer than 1 semester to finish my unit?

  • A deferred assessment can be approved by the Centre up to a period of one extra semester to allow students to complete their assessment. Approval is given within University guidelines.
  • Go to the CIH Deferred Assessment webpage

What is my OASIS user ID and password?

  • Your OASIS password is your student number (eight digits)
  • For your first access to OASIS, please 'Activate Your Account' using your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format. The system will then ask you to choose a new password. Please store this in a secure location.
  • Go to the OASIS homepage

Why has my library access ceased?

  • The most common reason for library access ceasing is for students who have been awarded deferred assessment and are currently in the deferred semester. Library access is reconnected manually following a request from the Centre. If your access has been cut it is your responsiblity to contact the Centre to organise extended access.

Who do I give my change of address details to?

  • Your contact details can be changed by using OASIS or by notifying the Centre in writing (email is fine). If using OASIS to change your contact details, please also let the Centre know to check for your new details.

When will I receive my results?

  • Semester results are released via OASIS during mid-July for Semester 1 and mid-December for Semester 2. The University does not post academic transcripts mid-course although a non-official transcript from OASIS can be printed which usually meets student requirements. For those requiring an official transcript please contact Student Central.
  • Go to the Student Administration webpage
